고려대학교 국제어학원 외국어센터에서는 학부생 필수 이수교과목 Academic English 수준별 수업을 위해 온라인 영어시험을 다음과 같이 시행합니다.
본 시험은 2024학년도 입학한 신입생 전원의무시험으로 기간내 응시하여야 Academic English 교과목 수강신청이 가능합니다. 미응시자는 본 교과목에 대하여 수강신청 할 수 없습니다.

1. 평가 유형:
가. 온라인 모의토익(1차): 총 200문항(듣기 100문항, 읽기 100문항), 총120분
나. 구술시험(2차): 원어민 교수 평가(개강 첫 주 실시)
2. 응시료: 무료(별도 신청절차 없음)
3. 온라인 시험일정:
- 2024년 2월 15일(목) 오전 10시 ~17일(토) 오후 5시까지
*기간 내에만 응시 가능 (일정 지난 후 시험 응시 불가)
- 시험 시간이 2시간이므로 적어도 17일(토) 오후 3시 전까지 시험 시작해야 함
4. 응시방법: 개별 시험(컴퓨터)

The Korea University IFLS Foreign Language Center will conduct an online English
proficiency test to determine the appropriate Academic English level for the spring 2024 semester. This test follows the TOEIC format.
The English proficiency test is a mandatory requirement for freshmen at
Korea University registering for Academic English, and must be taken prior to Academic English course registration.
*Please note that you cannot register for Academic English course unless you first take the English level test.
1. Format:
- primary level assessment: online English proficiency test following the TOEIC
format - Total 200 questions (Listening 100, Reading 100), to be taken in 2 hours
(120 minutes)
- The test is available 1 time only
- secondary level assessment will be conducted in class by native English speaking
faculty (during the 1st week of the spring semester)
3. Fee: Free
4. Test Period: 10 AM, Feb. 15(Thur.) ~ 5 PM, Feb. 17(Sat.) (KST)
- The test is available 1 time only
- Since the test time is 2 hours, the test must be started before 3PM on
Saturday, Feb. 17
5. Individual testing (Internet-Enabled PC or laptop only)
