영어회화 각 레벨별 교육과정
LEVEL 1

BEGINNER		 Students enrolling should be able to speak in fragments using isolated words and phrases, giving simple introductions and basic personal information.
Upon completion students will have a COMPREHENSION of simple structures, respond to more complex questions after no more than 2 prompts and expand answers to full sentences related to the course content.
LEVEL 2

HIGH- BEGINNER		 Students joining this level are expected to converse with hesitancy, impart meaning through COMPREHENSION of simple structures, try to make complex sentences and produce sentence-level utterances at least 50% of the time.
Upon completion students will be able to convey a message with a higher degree of FLUENCY which is generally comprehensible to a sympathetic listener, use the Present Simple, Present Continuous verb tenses, use the comparative and superlative forms correctly and use the modal verbs should, would, can and could to evaluate and advise appropriately.
LEVEL 3

LOW- INTERMEDIATE		 Students joining this level should be able to show a good level of COMPREHENSION, while taking part in conversation, showing a certain degree of FLUENCY, communicate comfortably in predictable situations and request and give information when required.
Upon completion students will be able to produce strings of sentences 25% of the time when appropriate, convey a message which shows ACCURACY with some pronunciation, hesitation or pauses. They will also display a solid grasp of grammar, good vocabulary, use appropriate verb tenses showing limited knowledge of some 1 & 2 type Conditional Sentences and recognize some of their errors.
LEVEL 4

INTERMEDIATE		 Students joining this level should be able to speak with a moderate degree of FLUENCY and ACCURACY, use a number of idioms and colloquial expressions, communicate a number of somewhat complex ideas and request information for a variety of situations.
Upon completion students will be able to produce strings of sentences 50% of the time when appropriate, be introduced to TASK-BASED LEARNING, enjoy a solid grasp of grammar, good vocabulary and the ability to carry a conversation. The students are at ease using Type 1 and Type 2 Conditional Sentences and show a limited ability of SELF-CORRECTION.
LEVEL 5

HIGH-INTERMEDIATE		 Students joining this level should be able to speak with a high degree of ACCURACY, use a wide range of idioms and colloquial expressions appropriately, communicate reasonably well in unpredictable situations, express specific needs, produce strings of sentences 50% of the time when appropriate and show an intermediate understanding of SELF-CORRECTION.
Upon completion students will be able to produce paragraph-level utterances, at least 25% of the time when appropriate. They will be challenged in a TASK-BASED LEARNING environment, show an overall solid grasp of grammar, good vocabulary and ability to participate in a DEBATE, whilst conveying an opinionated message, which is comprehensible to a native English speaker. Furthermore, the Students demonstrate a fluid use of Type 1 and Type 2 Conditional Sentences.
LEVEL 6

PRE-ADVANCED		 Students joining this level should be able to participate in a DEBATE, whilst conveying a more opinionated message that is incisive. The students show a commanding use of idioms and colloquial expressions, communicate very well in unpredictable situations and show a high level of dexterity with SELF-CORRECTION.
Upon completion students will be able to respond immediately and show a high level of vocabulary with limited grammatical errors. Students will have actively participated in a LEARNER-CENTRED program allowing them to explore their creativity and become more comfortable expressing complex ideas in a mostly coherent and concise manner. They will also display a commanding use of Type 3 conditionals.
LEVEL 7

ADVANCED		 Students joining this level should be able to speak with native like fluency, have a native level understanding of idioms and colloquial expressions. They should demonstrate a total command of all grammatical and lexical areas of English. Essentially leading them to achieving LIMITED-BILINGUILISM.
Upon completion students should aim to maintain the level of English they have achieved throughout the program. Furthermore, they should continue to expand on their already formidable LEXICON. Repetition of this course would help students to fulfill such goals.
